Automatic Pole Cage Welding Machine is designed to produce tapered (conical) steel reinforcement cages using weldable deformed special steel(ULBON) for various size of pole cages of SPC Pole. The machine consists of Maindrum, Spiral Wire Spool, Tailstock equipped with Chucking plate, Tailstock drive frame structure with cage support, Water-cooled Welding Power Transformer with SCR Control, and PLC programmed Automatic control panel. The machine is capable to produce cages for different PCD and different number of PC bars with unique feature by changing Headplate and Cone for respective PCD of each SPC Pole cage.

Water tank(500 litre) and compressed air shall be provided by enduser at the time of installation and commissioning.
