Spreader Balance Beam with TX-Gripper is designed to handle heavy mould specially at Tensioning, Centrifugal Spinning, and Steam Curing area. The beam is equipped with special compressed air operated TX-Gripper to grip tyre of mould. TX-Grippers are in 4m apart mounted under I-Beam or H-Beam structure with air cylinder, and compressor will be mounted on top of the beam. It is recommendable use of Slinger Arm to keep perpendicular operation. The beam should be mounted under overhead crane, and control system can be mounted inside of crane cabin or remote controller on the floor.
