Spreader Balance Beam with TF-Gripper is designed to handle heavy mould specially at concrete pouring, empty mould handling, and demoulding area. The beam is equipped with compressed air operated pecial TX-Gripper to grip mould tyre and F-Gripper to grip whole mould at the same time. TF-Grippers are in 4m apart mounted under I-Beam or H-Beam structure with air cylinder, and compressor will be ounted on top of the beam. It is recommendable use of Slinger Arm to keep perpendicular operation. The beam should be mounted under overhead crane, and control system can be mounted inside of crane cabin or remote controller on the floor.
