2-Row (double deck) chain conveyor is designed to move concrete poured mould toward tensioning area, and bolting to close upper and lower mould while moving at slow speed. The conveyor consists of roller chain with special attachment (V-Shape seat), frame with rail, head drive shaft, tail shaft with sprocket and geared motor, and simple control switch. The conveyor shall be mounted under concrete pit. Two impact wrench operator must stand facing each other for bolting while mould move toward tensioning area. The conveyor is custom-made to fit site condition.
