Automatic Concrete Pouring Machine is designed to pour fresh concrete into respective lower pole or pile mould. There are two(2) model. One is loss-in-weight type which equipped with load cell weighing hopper to pour weighed concrete of each size of pole or pile to keep consistency of each pole or pile wall thickness (or designed weight), the other machine is without weighing hopper. The machine consists of receiving hopper equipped with agitator to prevent bridging, bi-directional special steel screw feeder - one direction at a time, skirt width control mechanism and height adjustment to fit height of lower mould. Control panel of automatic concreter pouring machine is designed to control traverser (1~2 traverser) to synchronize concrete pouring speed and traverser speed.
