Upper Mould Overturning Machine is designed for handling upper mould of two halves of mould. The machine equipped with 5-gripping arms in 1st row, 6-gripping arms in 2nd row, each 4m apart(center to center)-standard type, and arms are operated by hydraulic cylinder powered by hydraulic pump. 1st row arms picks upper mould up from upper mould stand, and overturn to position upper mould inside up for cleaning and oiling, then 2nd row arms picks cleaned upper mould, then place it onto flat seat of 4-line mould return special chain conveyor-standard type. The lower mould will be brought and placed on concave seat-and ready to setting-in steel cage. Arms with rack gear system with bearing block. The machine will be supplied with control panel.
