The machine consists of Mainframe, hydraulic-air converter, upset cylinder, clamping cylinder with sensor, electrical heating transformer, buttonhead forming hammer, and simple control panel. The machine is capable to form buttonhead electrically to meet each size of PC bar consistently and accurately using PLC program. |
