Pre-demoulding system consists of Star Stopper/Feeder + Mould Turning with Shock- Absorber + Demoulding Chain Conveyor (or Demoulding Cart). When cured mould cooled down and introduced prestress, Start Stopper/Feeder take one mould and push on to Demoulding Chain Conveyor/cart. At the same time, shock-absorber Arm (equipped with motor-driven roller) stretched to receive mould, then retreat to original position. Thus, the cooled mould fed by Star Feeder loaded on to Demoulding Chain Conveyor. Then, rollers at shock-absorber start to run to rotate the mould to position head of TM-Bolt to upside position, thus two impact wrench operators can start unbolting of mould closing bolts while demoulding chain conveyor or cart travel downstream process.
