Mould Return Chain Conveyor is designed to move empty upper and lower mould for reuse after cleaned and oiled. The conveyor is equipped with special attachment to fix concave seat for lower mould and 2ea. Of flat seat per upper mould. Thus empty moulds move in pair to cage assembly position, then concrete filling area. It can be quad-line conveyor, 5-line conveyor, 6-line conveyor or 8 line conveyor depend on site condition and/or length of mould to be handled. The conveyor consists of geared-motor, drive shaft, frame for chain ’ s traveling, and roller conveyor with special attachment-flat seat and concave seat.
